    Description

    This uncirculated 10,000 Ugandan shilling note commemorates the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) held in Kampala in 2007. Its obverse side bears the signatures of Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile and Chris Manyindo Kassami, the CHOGM logo, and the national emblem. Its reverse side shows the Owen Falls Dam and Nalubaale Hydroelectric Dam in Jinja and two mountain gorillas. Security features include a green-to-red windowed security thread with demetalized BOU 10000 and a watermark of a crested crane with an electrotype 10000 and Cornerstones.
